All content, branding, design elements, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Vibegram are owned by Vibegram Inc, or its licensors, affiliates and subsidiaries. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission. User content remains owned by the user who posts it, but you grant Vibegram a license to host, display, and process it as necessary to provide the service.
You are responsible for any profile photos, bios, messages, or other content you upload to Vibegram. By posting, sending, sharing content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You grant Vibegram a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and otherwise use that content to operate, improve, and promote the service.
Vibegram is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that all information will always be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibegram shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, business interruption, or harm resulting from interactions with other users.
All Vibegram features are FREE. If Vibegram offers premium features, subscriptions, or other paid services, pricing, billing, and available features may change at any time. By purchasing access, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes will be handled according to the terms outlined at the point of purchase and any applicable platform policies.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently disable your account if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in harmful behavior, or created risk for other users or the platform. You may also choose to delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, we may remove or limit access to your content as permitted by law and our policies.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Vibegram will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, and you agree to submit to those courts for resolution.
However, if you are a consumer in the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, these Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by the law of the country where you live, and any claim, dispute, or controversy arising from or in connection with or relating to these Terms, Vibegram, or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the country where you live.
